Syarat ini berlaku untuk situs miceos.id dan untuk Program Mitra Awal. Pemakaian aplikasi di luar program diatur perjanjian tertulis tersendiri.

These terms apply to the miceos.id site and to the Founding Partner Program. Using the app outside the program is covered by a separate written agreement.

• Gratis selama 90 hari, untuk 10 hotel pertama, tanpa kartu kredit dan tanpa kontrak.
• Kami meminta masukan singkat, sekitar 15 menit setiap bulan.
• Kuota terbatas. Bila kursi sudah penuh, kami dapat menutup pendaftaran.

• Free for 90 days, for the first 10 hotels, with no credit card and no contract.
• We ask for short feedback, about 15 minutes a month.
• Seats are limited. Once they are taken, we may close sign-ups.

• Akses hanya untuk email yang didaftarkan Admin hotel.
• Hotel bertanggung jawab atas pengguna yang didaftarkannya dan atas kerahasiaan akun Google mereka.
• Segera beri tahu kami bila ada akses yang tidak sah.

• Access is only for emails registered by the hotel’s Admin.
• The hotel is responsible for the users it registers and for keeping their Google accounts secure.
• Tell us promptly if you notice unauthorized access.

Data yang dimasukkan hotel tetap milik hotel. Kami memakainya hanya untuk menjalankan layanan. Saat hotel berhenti, kami mengekspor datanya untuk hotel. Rincian pengelolaan data pribadi ada di Kebijakan Privasi.

Data entered by a hotel stays the hotel’s. We use it only to run the service. When a hotel stops, we export its data for the hotel. Details on handling personal data are in the Privacy Policy.

Nama dan logo hotel hanya tampil di beranda, dan kutipan hanya kami gunakan, dengan persetujuan tertulis dari hotel. Hotel dapat mencabut persetujuan itu kapan saja, dan kami akan menghapusnya dari beranda.

A hotel’s name and logo appear on the home page, and quotes are used, only with the hotel’s written consent. The hotel may withdraw that consent at any time, and we will remove it from the home page.

Hotel yang bergabung mendapat harga khusus mitra pendiri yang dikunci. Angka dan jangka waktunya kami sampaikan tertulis sebelum pilot berakhir, dan hotel bebas untuk menolak.

Hotels that join get a locked founding partner price. We will state the amount and its duration in writing before the pilot ends, and the hotel is free to decline.

Produk masih berkembang. Selama pilot tidak ada perjanjian tingkat layanan (SLA), fitur dapat berubah, dan ketersediaan tidak dijamin. Kami berusaha menjaga data hotel, dan menyarankan hotel menyimpan salinan catatan penting. Kami dapat menghentikan program dengan pemberitahuan tertulis yang wajar, dan data hotel diekspor.

The product is still evolving. During the pilot there is no service level agreement (SLA), features may change, and availability is not guaranteed. We work to protect hotel data, and we advise hotels to keep copies of important records. We may end the program with reasonable written notice, and the hotel’s data is exported.

• Mengakses data hotel lain.
• Menguji celah keamanan tanpa izin tertulis.
• Mengganggu layanan, atau memakainya untuk hal yang melanggar hukum.

Menemukan celah dengan niat baik? Laporkan ke admin@miceos.id.

• Accessing another hotel’s data.
• Testing for security flaws without written permission.
• Disrupting the service, or using it for anything unlawful.

Found a flaw in good faith? Report it to admin@miceos.id.

Sepanjang diizinkan hukum, selama pilot gratis tanggung jawab kami terbatas pada upaya yang wajar untuk menjalankan layanan. Keputusan bisnis dan pemesanan tetap tanggung jawab hotel.

To the extent the law allows, during the free pilot our liability is limited to reasonable efforts to run the service. Business decisions and bookings remain the hotel’s responsibility.

Syarat ini tunduk pada hukum Republik Indonesia. Perbedaan pendapat kami upayakan selesai melalui musyawarah lebih dulu.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. We will first try to settle any disagreement through discussion.
